Dr. Kerry Frommer Fierstein is a distinguished pediatrician and healthcare executive with a career spanning over three decades. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Allied Physicians Group, an independent primary care physician group with more than 30 locations across the New York metropolitan area. Additionally, she is the CEO of Adjuvant.Health, a leading Managed Services Organization providing comprehensive medical practice solutions. Dr. Fierstein has played an instrumental role in expanding these organizations and enhancing the quality of patient care through innovative systems and services. She has also been an active board member of the Allied Foundation and the United Health Care Children’s Fund, reflecting her commitment to community health and child welfare.
Dr. Fierstein believes that physician leadership is key to healthcare. Her leadership style is characterized by consistency, logical decision-making, and a clear vision that aligns organizational goals with operational projects. Dr. Fierstein’s impact in the field is further evidenced by her numerous speaking engagements at prestigious conferences such as the Pediatric Supergroup, Molloy Early Childhood Conferences, and the Academy of Pediatrics National Convention. She also serves on the National AAP’s Payor Advocacy and Advisory Commitee. Dr. Fierstein is board-certified in general pediatrics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and has been recognized on Healthgrades’ Honor Roll for her outstanding contributions to healthcare.
A native New Yorker, Dr. Fierstein earned her undergraduate degree from New York University and her medical degree from New York Medical College, where she also met her husband, David. She completed her residency at North Shore University Hospital, cementing her passion for pediatrics. Dr. Fierstein’s dedication extends beyond her professional achievements; she is also a devoted mother and grandmother. Her career is a testament to her belief in the importance of physician leadership and the critical role of independent medical practice in delivering high-quality healthcare.
