Why a Family Support Program?

Of all the influences throughout a child’s life, the most consistent is the family.

That’s why our model extends beyond a child who is struggling — we also empower parents with expert tools to help their children, manage stress, find answers, reclaim a playful home life, and build up the entire family.

With learning-through-play strategies and Therapeutic Developmental LEGO play Kits arriving in the mail, we help make growth both effective and fun.
Our telehealth model means we come to you, and we don’t do wait lists.

When we embrace the entire family with care, we tend to the thriving roots of well-beingsemi-2

Pariva (PAIR-ih-vuh) means family.

"Since we, as her parents, spend the most time with her, and her behavioral difficulties are more at home, this was a win for her father and I to do the activities with her," said Boston based Mom of a 7 year old.
"(Pariva) has made a huge difference."

How It Works

Enroll

A clinician is assigned to you as soon as you enroll.

Assess

We create a comprehensive profile of your family’s needs based on developmental, social maturity, and family-based assessment tools.

Create a Plan

Based on your assessment, your clinician prepares a plan tailored to your family dynamics and needs. If your child already sees a specialist, we can design complementary family care.

Visit regularly via telehealth

Initially, you can expect virtual meetings with your dedicated clinician three times a week, involving the child a couple of times a month. These meetings equip you to align life at home with therapeutic goals.

Receive LEGO play kits

We customize your therapeutic play kit to your family’s needs. You will receive one every six weeks, and you will be trained to use it in the most effective and playful ways.

Track Progress

Periodically, we seek feedback and reassess approaches and goals.

Journey of a Mother (Boston, MA)

  • Child Name: Grace, 4 years old
  • Diagnosis: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Our Assessment &
Conversations

with the family determined:

Grace had speech and behavioral concerns. Mother sought school readiness and emotional support as she was pursuing a Ph.D. and caring for another child.

We customized a Family Support Plan that works on:

Language Development

Improved receptive and expressive language skills.

Adaptive Skills

Enhanced toilet training, eating, handwashing, and dressing.

Cognitive Skills

Focused on color, shape recognition, and categorization.

Social Skills

Promoted social greetings and peer play and established daily routines.

Family Mental Health Support

Helped mother develop strategies to manage her responsibilities, coursework, and work-life balance.

Self-Care and Support

Established a support network for the mother, emphasizing self-care.

After 6 Months

Grace improved her communication and behavior and joined a pre-nursery program.

Mother found balance, self-care, and personal time, aiding the holistic development of the family.
